Believe the reviews. They are trying to do better its just everyone is living in hotels and it is what it is when you are willing to take cash and do one night stays. A lot of people can only afford a night to get clean do laundry and maybe watch TV to feel normal.

They originally game a room with a severely leaking shower. With a door that wouldnt lock or close to the bathroom. It had lights without covers. Stains on the bedsheets and walls. They moved us rooms. They didn’t have a pool working or open. In the room we moved to, the lock was malfunctioning. They had to be bothered many times to come fix it. I had an opened door that wouldnt lock. There was no towels given. There was no microwave or mini fridge. The only good part about that motel was the security guard. There were also cockroaches everywhere.

Cheapest price in town. Rooms are always clean as I enter room. Rarely is something not cleaned. For the price and best in town. You really should not expect luxury and it is gated and staff are always helpful and kind. Not the most amenities. But overall I been here for months and have had an excellent experience. Their weekly rates are also unbeatable priced.

I got put in a smoking room because non smoking were all reserved-sucks and reeks, but fine. I do wish they told me this during booking because I would have gone elsewhere. In any case, the smoke detector was removed from the room, which is both dangerous and, to my understanding, illegal. There are also no towels of any kind and no blanket- sheets only. Lastly, I should have taken a picture: I came in and showered right away,walked around in the room a little, and sat on the bed, then saw the bottom of my feet just from the motel room's floor and 🤢 may as well walk barefoot in time square.

It's an awesome place with on-site security. It's an inexpensive place to stay but I'm not crazy about their showers. But other than that, I've stayed there overnight and several weeks in a row and no real complaints. The motels around them are closed so it's a decent place to stay that won't cost an arm and a leg!
