Super Inn

There was lice in the bed!!!!!!++!! Otherwise the room was clean, shower was hot, atmosphere peaceful until I realized what was in the bed. I've missed work, staying home to treat the lice ..Horrifying!! I can't locate the phone # to inform them, so this will have to do.....

I don't appreciate the customer service.I know how to use a toilet, the toilet doesn't work properly. I will stay for however long I paid for but unless I am given a different room with a working toilet and a dresser, after my last night here I will refrain from renting a room here again. I had problems with my acid reflux last night and simply asked to use the plunger again so that the toilet doesn't stink up the room. I appreciate the owner willing to get it figured out in the morning but I do not appreciate being treated like someone who doesn't know how to flush a toilet. I've used toilets with the buttons before. I flip houses and have helped install toilets. I'm not dumb, I'm just in need of a place to stay. But I do have other options and get paid again on Friday so unless an apolog

I rented from this Hotel a long time ago when it was under another name so I was unsure of staying here because it use to be pretty run down. Well not anymore! There rooms were clean, they had upgraded furniture and I was super surprised. I will definitely stay again and would tell anyone who wants to find a room for a decent price that is comfortable and clean to stay here. The front desk people have been super courteous as well as the housekeepers.

These people will FIND a reason to keep your deposit. The police came, and that's how I got my deposit back. The rooms are disgusting, DISGUSTING AND DISGUSTING! The first room I was assigned had no working lock. The door to the room pushed open. The 2nd room didn't have any working lights. I couldn't take it. I paid for 2 nights but could barely stay one. The manager and front office lady are not friendly or helpful. The manager thinks he is an expert on service animals. He kept calling my registered service animal a pet. He charged me pet fees! He stood there and mocked me and my service animal. Run away from this nasty place and nasty people!! The only reason I stayed one night is because all other hotels were over $100 per night due to Mardi Gras.
