Super 8 by Wyndham West Greenwich/Providence

Booked 2 nights to attend a Celebration Of Life. Bed was comfy, but the room and bathroom needed some cleaning and renovations. KK was super nice at the front desk. Puddle in the photo is from the heat/air condensation and window, and cleaning the corners of each space could be better. Bathroom floor was sticky but we just put a towel down, could've been from a cleaning product. Overall it was a place to sleep but was lacking in attention to detail.

We have stayed at Super 8’s before so we knew the place would be outdated some. When checking in the person behind the counter mentioned we got the last king room even though we booked a month ahead. They also said the toilet makes a high pitch whistle from air just flush the toilet it will go away. When we entered the room it smelled strong of disinfectant. So left the door open for about an hour to air out. We packed in everything. The bed was very comfortable. TV worked. We heard the high pitch coming from the toilet so we flushed it and it went away. 5 minutes later it was back. So we turned the fan on and shut the door. 1 plug in didn’t work by the sink. This location was exceptionally clean and the staff was 10/10. KK, Neil & Jameson (might have his name wrong but other gentleman with J name) were all EXTREMELY KIND, accommodating and patient with all my needs. I stayed on the first floor which was super convenient to park my car in front of the room. It was quiet the entire stay (I stayed a while) and the location is convenient right next to common highway entrances and free breakfast. Would definitely stay again and recommend. This super 8 staff was 10/10. KK, Neil and Jameson(I think that’s the other gentleman’s name) were SO kind, accommodating and patient with my needs. Clean facility and quiet spot. I’d stay there anytime and recommend if you’re in the area. Thanks again guys!

No issues. Check in and out went smoothly. Room was very clean. Did not eat breakfast left before serving. Staff was friendly. Would stay again.
