Best Western West Greenwich Inn

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western West Greenwich Inn! My husband, our 11-year-old son, and I stayed here and everything exceeded our expectations. From the moment we checked in to the time we left, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. One of the highlights was the free breakfast in the morning. It had so many great options—eggs, sausage, pancakes, coffee, espresso, juice, and more. Everything was fresh and delicious, and it was the perfect way to start the day. The indoor pool and hot tub were fantastic and very clean. Our son absolutely loved the pool, and the hot tub was a great way to relax. They also have a convenient little mini shop in the lobby with chips, candy, and drinks which was nice to have. Another bonus is that there are plenty of food op

We always enjoy staying with our family. The cost is great. The kids love the pool. It’s always clean. I just don’t understand how my rewards never reflect on my account. I was told that I am going to receive $50 card but my triple points promo didn’t take because of something I did wrong. I screenshoted the promo and the date .. I was then told I must have signed up for another promo for other hotels out of the country. I started to read the promo but I refused to have a disagreement about triple rewards with a representative. I signed up for both promotions at the same time prior to my stay.

Me and my wife have been trying out different hotels for the past month . We have stayed at atleast 6 different hotels in rhode island including some “ upscale “ hotels and let me tell you out of all 7 different hotels this best western is by far hands down the best hotel we stayed at . This is the CLEANEST hotel we stayed at from the front desk lobby area , to the hallways , and the room. Evn the little details like when u walk in the room and go to the bathroom they have a sanitation strap over the toilet to let you know that the toilet has been sanitized , ive never seen that before at any hotel , and the water in the toilet is dark blue to also let you know like its been cleaned , the toilet paper rolls have a fancy fold to them just small details like that make it stand out over the o

My experience with staff here was great from start to finish. My family was stuck in the snow storm and had to find a hotel quick. I called this location and staff was able to reserve the last 2 rooms as long as my family came within the hour. Perfect. I then had to call the next day to change payment and Steve was extremely helpful to me on the phone and to my family while they were there. He emailed me the documents I needed and got back quickly. Exceptional service from this location.
