Residence Inn by Marriott Providence Coventry

Clean, well-maintained hotel. Room was spacious. Area included several restaurants, businesses, etc. along with nearby attractions. Staff was helpful. Parking was available right next to the hotel. Breakfast buffet was fine. Did not try the pool, the fitness room or the "sportcourt" (pickleball, basketball). Would stay here again.

I have stayed at this place several times over the past few years. The rooms are always clean with plenty of supplies available. The staff are friendly and helpful.The front desk presents with pleasant and welcoming staff. I cannot thank Elizabeth enough for always going above and beyond to make my stay pleasant and comfortable. Thanks to Donna,Melissa, Sajeeta and Christina and Kamesha who are always so professional and attentive. Highly recommend this hotel.

Positive: I loved having a refrigerator, and oven in my rooms Negative: Vents were dusty, AC unit was very loud and the shower door was installed the wrong way (made it difficult to takes a shower)

Staff was very helpful and friendly from the minute we checked in until check out. Room was very clean and quiet. Hotel was in a good area convenient to shopping and local restaurants. The staff really couldn’t do enough to help us. We did not opt for daily housekeeping but all I had to do was ask for anything we needed like clean towels and they brought it. They treated you like family.

Nice inn. Rooms are specious. The service is wonderful, very kind staff. It's a bit outdated and in need of some repairs but nothing major. I love the lobby area. It's pretty big but separated into different areas. Nice little spots to relax by a fire, office area, etc. The gym is very small but nice to have one if needed. There's also a very tiny store to get some frozen foods, drinks, and snacks. The breakfast is pretty good as well. I would comw back for sure.
