the food for breakfast was never fully cooked and their timer for their waffle maker timer wasn't working and the waffle maker temperature is so off my waffle came out raw on some areas, not only that but when I arrived zone of my family members had booked my room through the app but the guy and I quoted didn't find us yet we had a reserved room explain to me how that's possible when you have zero info on my family's stuff. And a bigger thing is the TV remote died so my relative went downstairs to grab more and what do ya know the guy couldn't care at all and gave us a new remote that didn't work and the TV was on all night so my relative had to use a towel to block the light but nope that wasn't enough and the pillows were way too uncomfortable. If you partake in the Devil’s lettuce this is the place for you. Contact High!!!! The lobby & hallway smelled to high heaven.||The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Luckily we had air freshener for the room. Hotel is very dated and the staff was nice.

After turning down a room, we booked in Douglas (Traveler's Inn) we called Super 8 and I am so glad we did! The gentleman at the counter was so friendly and accommodating. The room was so clean and fresh. The beds were comfortable, the pillows weren't flat, it was so quiet. Will definitely stay here again when we're in the area!

Had a family emergency and booked a 2 night stay enroute from Mississippi. Check in was quick and easy. The room was great for the price. I've stayed in better and I've stayed in worse. It was clean and served our need of a place to sleep. Service was excellent! The manager was great. Continental breakfast with waffles was a nice bonus.
