Holiday Inn Express & Suites Waycross by IHG

Very easy to get in and out of. Very clean facility. Breakfast was amazing. The room smelled fresh. Overall, one of ny best experiences with HI, and I've never really had issues with them. So...above and beyond!

My sister and I stayed here x4 nights in order to attend a family reunion. I have travelled extensively through the years with this hotel landing at the top of my list. Quality management at this location obvious in staff friendliness and responsiveness to requests/needs. Breakfast was the best with hot foods hot and cold foods cold. The staff member attending to the breakfast area consistently did an outstanding job. This will be my go to hotel whenever in the Waycross, GA area!

We are a family of five. We rarely get a chance to go on an overnight trip. Much less a 3-day and two night stay like we just did last week. We were visiting the Okefenokee swamp and looked at all the hotels in the area and decided on this location because of the indoor pool and the free breakfast. We were blown away 10 out of 10 from start to finish. The pool was great. The breakfast was outstanding with a lot of variety. We were so impressed with the staff and everything about the hotel.

Room clean,but the odor from outside that comes inside the rooms through ac I can't take it anymore. It's been my favorite place but I can't stand the smell anymore. I do not know from where is coming from but surely is not from inside the room is coming from outside....unfortunately my sleep is not good because of that. Despite that, they made my accomodation okay.

I wanted an early check-in and the only thing they had available was on the first floor by the pool. At first I thought oh no near the pool. This is gonna be noisy and smell like chlorine. Could not be farther from the truth. There were kids swimming in the pool and yes, you could hear them in the hallway, but you could not hear them in the room and no smell of chlorine. Don’t get me wrong. The kids that were in the pool were very well behaved and their parents were with them. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable bathroom amenities were perfect. In the morning, we could smell breakfast cooking which kinda gave you an at home feeling. A nice variety of breakfast choices also. I would recommend this hotel to anybody passing through Waycross, Georgia. The parking lot is small and t
