Came to stay here because my mother in law was in the hospital. The rooms are great. It's pretty clean and really quiet. The ppl that work here especially the owners are really rude. There is a $100 cash deposit which whatever, I'm not worried about getting back but it's taking an hour to find someone on the premises to help So I am kind of scared now about getting it back. I have walked all around the facility and no one that works here is to be seen. It must be a sketchy area because the police are in and out of the parking lot all night. So I guess if you don't mind $100 deposit and don't smoke in rooms whatever. Don't expect any fresh towels or any help anytime soon after you ask. Ok edit: even though they do charge everyone $100 for security deposit no matter what, keep up
I came in for a funeral. Stayed here over night and will not be back!! The room was on the bottom floor, very cold, heat wouldn’t work properly. Tried giving my grand daughter her bath and was scared to do so because of the roaches she seen in the bathroom on and around the mirror. Not to mention roaches in the microwave and the fridge!! Total waste of money!! Trust me when I say, it’s worth paying more to stay somewhere else! The front desk clerk was rude about the bugs said kill em throw them away!
I made a reservation at this hotel for the night of December 22nd. I made it there shortly after 6 PM that night but found that this hotel required a $100 cash deposit (wouldn't take a debit or credit card for that). I reserved the room for $73 including tax. I was short of the $100 cash for this deposit. The clerk pointed to an ATM in the lobby. I tried it but could not get any cash out of it. Instead I got a receipt showing the balance which I already knew roughly (and I had plenty in the balance). If I needed the balance of my account, I could easily look that up on my smartphone. This ATM is tied to a bank apparently in India, and I was charged $3 for using this machine that did nothing but gave me a receipt of my checking account balance. I tried to get cash elsewhere at a Kroger whic
Positive: It had hot water, and the beds were reasonably comfortable Negative: Light switch didn't work (they did fix it), long dark hair on the bathroom floor (not mine), morning breakfast was bread and coffee, my electronic door lock/card had to be tried 20 (literally) before it unlocked.
They require $100 CASH deposit (which they refunded when we checked out). The comforters had burn holes all over them, along with some in the sheets. There was a broken leg on the desk and the room safe had been torn off the wall. Definitely not what one would expect from a Super 8.
