SpringHill Suites by Marriott Roanoke

This hotel is super nice and in a very convenient location. There are plenty of places to eat and nice if you would like to go downtown Roanoke but not pay for the overpriced hotel(s) downtown. Easy check-in & check-out process(es). I loved the fact that I did not have to pay for parking either. The complimentary breakfast was also a plus. I will definitely be back.

On our way to Florida when Winchester Marriott cancelled our reservation due to a water issue but referred us to another further down the 81 in Roanoke. Arrived and they took care of the new booking without any problems. Wonderful after a 10 hour drive. Rooms clean front desk professional and Bar and restaurant service attentive and wonderful friendly. Bar food excellent simple and fairly priced. Hotel quiet and had a wonderful one night stay!

My first visit to Roanoke Virginia. SpringHill Suites was extremely helpful, to finding the trolley to visit downtown. The room was kept immaculate. Fresh towels, fresh bedding as scheduled. AC was very comfortable on those warm days. |All of the staff were helpful and attentive. |They all made for a very enjoyable visit!!|Thank you one and all!!|I’ll be back 😁

I booked a stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Roanoke for someone else, and the staff were incredibly helpful and nice throughout the process. They made everything easy, answered questions clearly, and were very accommodating. Even though I wasn’t the one staying there, the service and professionalism really stood out. I appreciated how smooth and pleasant the whole booking experience was.

Just the overall best customer service experience. I don’t know who trained these people, or where they found them, but all the employees were the nicest I have ever experienced at a hotel - even compared to very high-end luxury properties. The kindness never felt fancy or fake, but so genuine. Everything was clean, well-designed and the room was very comfortable as a work space. Breakfast and options were amazing. Just remarkable for the price. Will never forget that level of niceness and customer service.
