Super 8 by Wyndham Prestonsburg

Room was dirty and the hotel smelled. In our room they never cleaned under the bed. The whole room was dusty and the bathtub was stained. We had a light out in the bathroom. The door would still move even with the deadbolt lock on plus the permanent residence doesn't really car about the traveling guest. They're rude and obnoxious. I would highly recommend driving right past this hotel to find another

This location was built in the 1970's and is older then dirt. Their are not alot of wall plug ins for the room to plug electronics into. The room was dimly lit. Room was clean upon entry. The room refrigerator is a little small, but can hold 6 bottles of pop. Did not have a bed bug issue here.

I have to be honest and say that I feel cheated. The room was over 100 dollars and the room was really really not great. The bathroom had broken tiles all over, the room smelled and was musty and dusty. The TV did not work, they came in to try and fix it but even they couldn't fix it. The sheets didn't seem clean. If I hadn't been so tired I would have gotten a refund. It was late and knowing that the area doesn't have many options I just dealt with it. The hotel is in disarray, it is getting worked on from a past fire and honestly this was probably from smokers or drug use. There are many weirdos staying there and hanging about in the vicinity. I cannot recommend this hotel at all. The only thing nice about it was that the workers were pleasant and friendly, but the place really is a sh*t

Even though the hotel recently had caught on fire, it was decent enough for the low|Price we paid! Only problem was someone overflowed their bathtub in the room above us and our bathroom ceiling leaked pretty badly. But it was not the hotels fault. They were all very nice workers.

they won’t tell you on phone their is a remodel going on and junk is everywhere,dust is horrible the rooms smelt very bad! they also won’t tell you that they have guest living there who are on drugs! we booked a room and we walked into a nightmare and was asked by someone staying there if we wanted to do a line (can’t make this up) so we immediately asked for a refund and went else where!!
