May Lodge

We like to stay there when we are in Kentucky. We were there for a funeral and was able to get a good room on a very short notice. Good staff. My only con was the bed was too hard for me.

The lodge has excellent food , the rooms are very nice always clean . Have spent many nights at this resort . It is the perfect get a way . Has a bar , and all the staff are nice as can be . There is a theatre , boating and fishing within walking distance . Will make plenty more trips to this lodge .

We recently stayed 4 nights at Jenny Wiley State Park..Great Service, always good food at their lunch and dinner Buffets. We hiked several trails around the lake...At night there is a bar and grill in the May Lodge where several local musicians played nightly.. .

We will be going back. It was the "off season" so the lake was empty (winter pool) and the Dinning room had a lot of down time. The bistro was available and even the "pizza" was surprisingly delicious. The staff was eager and friendly, and we look forward to our next getaway. I will re-evaluate after another stay.

Okay the lodge food is freaking delicious and the trail nearby is a mycophile dream! My family and I absolutely loved our stay! The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and cool. We were easily able to fish and swim as much as we wanted ☺️
