Rooms are old same as the stinky moldy carpet. Says it no smoking but room smells like smoke and there are cigarettes burns on the bedroom sheets. Refrigerator doesn't work. Restroom has mildew. Room stinks. Stay anywhere but here. The only thing that's missing is bedbugs. I'm sure that won't be long

Bed was nice and comfy. Room was very clean, definitely no complaints in that area but did have a strong mildew smell. Carpet looked clean so probably just not dried and aired out good before room was closed up. Very quiet. Front desk was extremely polite and helpful. Price was a little high in my opinion. Will stay again if need to.

The Hotel was a complete disaster, bed sheets with stains. Ac and heater unit not functioning. The floor carpet full of stains and worst of all the way they treat their guests. Both front ladies rud and very unprofessional.

After driving a bit and two bad experiences. I finally found this place at midnight. The gentleman at the window was so helpful. He even brought my key to my car so I would have to waiting standing up. He was kind and courteous. Rooms were clean and stocked. And beautiful! The beds were comfortable and clean. Everything work perfect. I totally recommend this place.

We found this place because all the hotels in San Antonio were booked. It was clean the neighborhood seemed ok. Nothing too scary. Staff were super friendly. The rooms do have a retro feel but I love that. Decent restaurant next door that my family enjoyed. Will be staying here more often. Its outside doors so park in front of rooms. Too cold to use outdoor pool. Upstairs people had some kids so we heard the stomping.
