Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Pleasanton

The rooms are nice, clean and cozy. The staff always tries to please and goes above and beyond like Wendy, we had a great stay. The only thing that would make it better if they had biscuits and sausage gravy. The location is excellent, right next to a Walmart and several eating establishments. Makes it easy to get around and go and do what you like. It's also right off a highway, that's always a plus. I would recommend this Hotel to everyone.

I'm Lifetime Titanium Elite with Marriott so I'm in one thier properties every week. When I checked in Tiffany was on the phone and there was another woman behind the desk with 3 kids. When I checked in Tiffany was very friendly. I got to my room and the thermostat didn't work. There was no display on the wall unit. I go back down and Tammy says that the unit under the window is the control. I go back up and tak a picture of of the sign on the window unit that says this has been disconnected and to us the one on the wall. I go down a 2nd time and she sent another lady up with me to check it out, but the lady leaves me before I get to my room so she could go the 3rd floor. They finally moved me to another room. At no point during this chaos did a manager come out to speak to me. Nothing. Th

Positive: Continue from below. Housekeeping didn't shut the door when they left and our room was left opened. Luckily our stuff was still there. Front deal was notified and said they have a few doors like that Negative: It needs a total overhaul. Also our door didn't shut all the way. We realized it the first day so we always pulled it closed when we left. Unfortunately we came back to our room on Monday after being gone all day and our room door was not shut.

Visiting friends from out of town and decided to pick the hotel behind Whataburger and it was a great choice! Great customer service I believe her name was Leah she was one of the housekeeping lady's .She helped my husband and I w/some questions & our room smelled so nice & was so clean!

I checked in after 11pm. The front desk clerk was so nice and friendly... We stay here when we visit family... The morning front desk clerk and 3 associates who work in the morning were all huddled around the front desk just talking. One associate was even sitting on the front desk... The trash in front of the hotel was overflowing when we arrived and when left the next day the trash was still there.
