Best Western Plus Pleasanton Hotel

Room had black mold that I found after breathing issues and migraines for two days. Bathroom was recently remodeled and that was the dead give away. Manager would not issue a refund. Instead made a call to maintenance to paint over the issue. Use your best caution and judgment.

WOW!!! Very nice stay at the Best Western Plus, Pleasanton, Texas. We met Jason at the front desk when we checked in. His fabulous personality set the tone for the entire stay. We saw him several times working the guests and making sure that everyone was happy with the accomodations. As we walked into the hotel the curb appeal was very striking and clean. It proves that there is "leadership on duty". The morning breakfast was also very well appointed with a variety of breakfast choices to satisfy any discriminating traveler. Give the Best Western Plus, Pleasanton, a try and say hi to Jason on the front desk!!!

There for only one night and everything was great. The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas, the staff was all polite and friendly, the rooms very clean, and the breakfast was wonderful. The coffee machine in the lobby is awesome!

I was stopping by to get a price coming from Houston after a long drive. When I walked in not even a welcome bad customer by JASON a white short guy telling me I drove in to fast and that I needed to slow down I was trying to see if they had a pool. FYI Then I asked him if he was the manager and said no when I asked him his name he said why. I work in customer service and that’s not the way to greet customers I won’t be giving him my business poor customer service and bad attitude 😠
