Super 8 by Wyndham Omaha Eppley Airport/Carter Lake

We had to put down a deposit of 150. When paying with cash and when you leave they check the room and are supposed to give your deposit back when there is no damage. They refused to give my deposit back because there was a little bit of makeup on a pillowcase and toothpaste on a towel. But no damages to the room or anything. These items can be washed with bleach and the makeup and toothpaste comes out. How is this non repairable damages to the room explain. A major rip off I wouldn't spend a dime here any reason they can find to keep your deposit. Complete garbage!

Do not stay here!! My family had a 6 am flight and just needed a place to crash. When we walked into our room, it smelled overwhelmingly of mold. After failing to sleep all night long, we inspected in the morning and found extensive and obvious mold in the room. We will be lucky if we aren't all sick for a few days to come. In addition, the faucet leaked, the carpet was frayed. In the morning, they told me they could do nothing about because we hadn't complained in the first 30 minutes.

Positive: "" Negative: I booked 2 rooms. The hotel smelled rough, damp and stale. The carpet had multiple stains. The one room had not been cleaned from the previous stay. There were bugs in my room so we left and I booked at a different location.

Had cockroachs in room. Firealarm was covered with a walmart bag. Tub wasn't draining . Tolit was dirty on back part . Bed was broke. Only Waffe nothing else.Want down for breakfast and had cold coffee in pot from night before . We had to ask them t make coffee at 8 am.

I didn't stay here, Thankfully! But stopped on the way to the airport at this Casey's and this awesome lake! But this place... From front to back crapin the windows boxes etc. just looks like hell and I can just imagine the experience. If they just cleaned up the area it would be great! Lake right in the back yard..otherwise this whole lake is kinda depressing..somebody should add ..something fun! There are plenty of people and not even a bathroom?
