DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE A STAR. We had a reservation at this hotel while traveling home, but our flight was canceled. I called the hotel at 6:23 PM to cancel the reservation and the employee I spoke with told me I was still within the cancellation window. Despite that, I was later charged for the room. When I called back to ask about it, the person who said he was the manager told me there was nothing he would do and that I would still be charged. When I asked for someone above him to speak with, he refused to provide any contact information and said his “higher up was God.” I even contacted corporate customer service hoping they could help resolve the situation, but they told me billing issues must be handled by the hotel itself. When we first arrived, the elevator had an operational hiccup that we reported to the front desk. It worked fine during the rest of our stay. The TV in the room never worked. The TV would not respond to the remote (battery issue?). Using the keys on the TV was also a failure, possibly on my part? Told the front desk in the morning. The bathroom is definitely showing its age. Staff was cheerful and as helpful as they could. Breakfast area had spoiled creamer for the coffee.

What a dump! OH my gosh ,( by the way I have photos to back up my review) no phone in rooms, filth everywhere, dead bugs in living area and bath, outlets not covers with plate, ie exposed electrical wire, sometime was wrong with the floor as you enter the room and the bath, sunken in some areas and raised in others, night clerk sleeping in dining area, when told about the problems she said they were in the.process of remodeling, pool not open, I wanted to talk to the hotel.manager and she told me she.was the.manager, I don't think.she was being honest. If you see positive reviews, think twice. Or they were from years ago. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The best part of this hotel was the staff – everyone we interacted with was friendly and welcoming. It’s also very convenient for travelers: the Uber ride to the Old Market was quick and inexpensive, and the free shuttle to the airport was a nice bonus.||Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel itself left a lot to be desired. The inside felt very outdated and run down. Our room had a comforter with holes in it, large stains on the carpet, cracks in the tub, sink, and tile flooring, and noticeable oversized caulking around the toilet. The entire hotel also had a strong smell of weed, which was unpleasant.||There was a large sign in the lobby asking guests to “excuse the mess during renovations,” but we didn’t see any evidence of renovations happening anywhere in the hotel.||Overall, while

The front desk staff was friendly and responsive upon arrival. I arrived late in the day and went straight to my room for bed. The room was hot and the unit would not cool the room down. I did not call for maintenance because it was late and I needed to get some sleep before a very early flight. In the morning I went to shower only to find that the shower curtain rod was falling off the wall. I had to prop it up to take a shower. Actually taking a shower was nearly impossible. The water took extremely long to warm up and it still would not get hot. Only warm water would flow from the tub spout. The sink could get very hot water, so I think the problem was in the tub valve itself. The tub drain and sink drain were both very slow. Any amount of running water quickly started filling the tub
