Best Western Plus Omaha Airport Inn

Stayed in December, 2025. Starting off with the positives: Hotel has a good location close to the airport. There is a convenience store/gas station nearby within walking distance. Price was reasonable. However I had issues with the room, which matters the most. No hot water in shower. Didn’t know this until early morning. I had a very early flight and needed to shower and get to the airport. Shower water would not get hot or even warm. It was 4:20 am, and I didn’t have time to call front desk, complain, and have them move me to another room to shower. I had to get going. So I took a quick cold shower. It was brutal ! I am a low maintenance girl, tired of reading overly critical hotel reviews that are ridiculously picky. My room was very clean, smelled clean and was ready early when I requested it. It was fairly priced and offered the airport shuttle that I needed. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower was hot and had GREAT water pressure. I don't care that the caulking was a little wonky, or the flooring wasn't perfect. My breakfast was hot and filling, with lots of options. There was some construction going on during the day in the floor above me but I will never fault a place for making improvements!

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding our recent stay in Room 422. As an employee at a Best Western myself, I was shocked by the condition of the room we were assigned. ​The room was in a state of mid-renovation and should never have been placed in service. ​There was a hazardous gap between the bathroom floor and the carpet in our ADA room, and the floors were covered in paint splatter. ​The room lacked a chair, a desk mirror, and a hairdryer. ​ We had to physically move the microwave just to reach a power outlet. ​Beyond the room's condition, the service was unacceptable. I booked a room through the Park and Fly program for January 24, 2026 at the Best Western Plus near the Omaha airport. The booking allows you to stay the night before your departure, park your vehicle in the lighted parking lot for the duration of your travel, and stay another night upon returning to Omaha. An airport shuttle is provided. This was super convenient for me since my plane didn’t get back until after 9:00 pm and I didn’t want to drive back home at night. The rooms have been recently updated, including TV, microwave, refrigerator and desk. Everything was neat and clean, and the mattress and pillows were new, I believe. A breakfast buffet is provided with hot and cold options. The desk staff was very helpful and friendly. I definitely will stay here again.

Location and shuttle service to the airport are the ONLY reasons to stay. Plus, it's just $7 a night to leave your car. Eppley is under construction (forever), so the drop off is clutch.
