Super 8 by Wyndham Monticello

I can’t even imagine staying here ever again,, ||I booked for 5nights and I couldn’t even rest 1 night cuz of noise. 11:30pm-3:30am. Nonstop fighting, police coming every night. Also so many bugs. I have pics and videos to prove ||Please do not stay here

Employees as well as management very rude people disrespectful toward guest cleanliness at a minimum roaches, bedbugs stains on the carpet on the beds when complaining to management they don’t wanna hear anything about it. No structured work environment for employees tried to file a complaint against an employee was told that the manager himself did not want to hear about it and that we should talk to the employee when they come in the next day I asked around what time the employee would be coming in the management said that there’s no set time for the people employed by him to come in

Clean bathroom. I got the recommended room which has a jacuzzi. It was new to me so it was a little tricky but worth it. Staff made sure I understood how to use it and even came to the room and provided in person instruction. The beds were clean and very well made. I’ve only been to one one other super 8 and this was bar far one of the best. Fresh coffee and breakfast in the morning made getting up early easy. I’ll be back cause for this price it’s amazing.

Avoid at all costs. We paid $111 for our single bed room. We did not expect much for that price but we did expect a clean, safe room. The room was inhabitable. There was a puddle of dried blood on our mattress. Cigarette burn holes throughout the entire room and in all linen. The room reeked of mold, urine and smoke. The door latch was missing. Crack heads wondered around everywhere. The steps leading to the second floor were soft and feel like they’re getting ready to collapse. I was hesitant on posting this because I understand there are mistakes but after reading the reviews, this owner is definitely aware of these repeating concerns and does nothing about it. We also told the manager about the issues. Do not give places like this your money.

Manager was nice and made sure I got everything for my room quick and easy. The room itself smelt good and was clean. Same with the bathroom. I never saw a single bud or had any issues with anything whatsoever. I’ve been able to relax and enjoy my stay.
