Best Western Monticello

Every time me and my boyfriend come here, it is so nice to be greeted by Jolene. It feels like a home away from home here. Jolene's customer service is fantastic! She deserves a raise and a promotion! We look forward to continuing to come here for years to come.

Good motel. Parking is fine. The sink is not in the bathroom but in the room. Ita true for all the rooms. I did not like it. You wake up others if you use the bathroom at night. Otherwise its ok. Breakfast is ok too. Pool is fine and gym is fine as well.

Joeline was absolutely amazing during my stay! Every time she works as receptionist she greets me and ask if i needed anything. She was so kind, attentive, and really went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. Her genuine care and professionalism made me feel so welcome—I couldn’t have asked for better service.

Everything about the hotel was great the microwave wasn't good but everything else was great me & my girlfriend were happy. The staff were amazing & very helpful i spoke to 3 different women all were super kind and pleasant to talk with about the stay. Will come back again soon thank you again!!
