⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently stayed at YO1 and had such a wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The property is absolutely beautiful — peaceful, clean, and perfect for relaxation. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with a calming atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. I especially loved the wellness-focused environment — everything feels thoughtfully designed to help you reset and recharge. The food was fresh and delicious, and you can really tell they care about health and quality. The entire stay felt rejuvenating, both physically and mentally. I would definitely recommend YO1 to anyone looking for a relaxing, refreshing getaway. I can’t wait to return!

We booked a weekend getaway to the Catskills! When we arrived there was no one to greet us or help with our luggage. While the property is massive, it is not maintained well. We had a Lakeview room, and while it was spacious, the sofas and carpets had stains on it. There were no good amenities given how expensive the rooms are. We paid for the meals at the restaurant but they were so bad! I definitely had an upset stomach afterwards. The pools, activity room were not kept well. The water machines weren’t all working either. Even after doing massages, it was hard to even get water. No one offered us anything. The Ayurveda massages were good but overall we didn’t enjoy it. The lady (Anna) who ran the sound bath and meditation was so condescending and rude. There was no air turned on so she

Serene, comfortable, private, quiet and relaxing atmosphere for self reflection, Yo1 was the ideal hotel for us. Friendly and accommodating staff who smile all of the time and conscientious chefs and restaurant staff who serve with kindness, make the meals tastier. I enjoyed being free there. Most of all I loved the meditations and warm humid pool area. I can't wait to return in the spring with family. Juice bar, massage, acupuncture, mud mask, store, and nature walks are just some of the activities to try. I highly recommend you try this place if you need peace, recovery from stress and as a retreat.

My friend and I booked YO1 Longevity & Health Resort on a whim, and it was the perfect sanctuary. Just a quick 1.5-hour drive from NYC, but it feels like you’ve been transported to a 5-star resort in India. The Highlights: • The Room: Massive! We had two king beds, a private massage room, and a balcony overlooking a peaceful pond. • The Vibe: Completely low-pressure. I spent my morning doing Neti Kriya, breathwork, and yoga, while my friend caught up on much-needed sleep. It’s "wellness" without being too "woo-woo." • The Food: Incredible 3-course vegetarian meals. Even the mock chicken was a 10/10. • The Spa: Do yourself a favor and book an Ayurveda massage. Ask for Alex—literally hands of gold! The staff was incredibly warm and even let us enjoy the grounds after checkout. We left f
