Super 8 by Wyndham Mobile I-65

Me and my family travel to Mobile for Mardi Gras. I don’t usually stay here but everyone was booked up and the prices weren’t bad. Upon arrival there were no towels nor pillow cases. I had to call twice but that’s not the issue. The first night we got in really late. We shower and went to bed. The next morning we left super early. Once we made it back to the room, I noticed a big patch of black mold. It was a long restless night. The next morning when I brought it to the manger attention she was very dismissive. She stated that she hadn’t gotten any sleep the night before and she was tired. After I told her I wasn’t able to sleep. Once I told her that wasn’t my problem. She then proceeded to tell me she was going to help the guy behind me and basically when she get time to address the issu

Positive: The manager was really understanding Negative: Air conditioner, water everywhere when you get up,television didn't work ,no ice or ice machine it was the worst.

The doors are flimsy. It’s a little shady if you know what I mean. I asked for some towels. I had to leave a $50 deposit. I took the towels back. They kept my $50 deposit cause the towels were dirty. WTF?!?!? Hotels are supposed to wash them not the guests.

Feel scammed. Pictures on website are not accurate. Took my own to prove. Came across a Black Friday special on an overnight stay. Should've suspected it was too good to be true. On arrival area seemed a little rundown. Well, it'll be ok were only staying one night, right? Wrong! Staff was friendly on check in, given my key card and directed to back of hotel where room was located. OMG. Room was horrible. Couldn't help but notice broken windows and doors to other rooms close by. Our bed was clean and nicely made. Room appeared to be clean but upon further inspection the walls were dirty and badly patched up, our door was warped (could see a gap to the outside) and dead bolt was broken. (used a chair wedged against door that night so door handle wouldn't turn). Had one lamp with no usb port

The dirtiest motel I’ve ever stayed at. Blood on ceilings, sheets were wet and smelled like pee. The room smelled like smoke. The floors were sticky. No soap or trash can in the bathroom. The toilet wasn’t screwed to the floor, everytime you sat on it the whole commode would move. Chair was torn up, only had 5 tv channels. Overall it was nasty and I felt disgusting having to sleep there for the night. Never will I ever stay in a super 8 again
