Super 8 by Wyndham Laramie

The most awful experience ever! I am a disabled 60 year old female. I live in Colorado but came to visit my daughter but we got into a fight and I did not want to drive back home. It was 6 degrees that night so it was freezing! Not 1 tenant was there! It was a ghost town! I went to the room with my Pomeranian and we froze for 2 hours. We went to the front desk and he came to look at it. He stated he had to get a pen to get the buttons to push. He said it was fixed. But we sat in this room for 2 more hours freezing! I went to the front desk 4 times, called the front desk twice and email 3 times begging for help!! Nobody would help me!!! So I gathered my things and left! I paid $90 for this room! Booking.com tried to get them to refund my money but they did nothing!! I got $11 off of my next

While on a road trip, I decided to take a two-day rest and searched for a motel. I eventually found Super 8, which offered very reasonable prices. From the moment I checked in, I was impressed. The customer service was excellent, and the ambiance was pleasant and well-organized. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. They also provided a delicious continental breakfast, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay without any compromises!

Positive: the staff was polite, and nice. Negative: Very loud, had people running around all night, full of very sketchy people and someone even stopped my boyfriend to ask my boyfriend if he smoked crack! On top of everything the hotel was filthy. please save yourself the time and do not stay here.

Hotel is off the beaten path. Clientele is not the best. Ice machine, washer r in the hall and out of service. That should have been our first clue. In the room, one out of four lights worked. One set of clean towels for two queen beds but two used ones hanging behind the door. Room smelled heavily like cleaning fluid. Luckily the window opened and we could air it out. Beds weren't too bad. TV worked. It was a 60 dollar room for 145. Suggest passing this place by..

Don't judge a super 8 by its name. We stayed here for the boarder war football game. It was nice to be able to stay in Laramie. The rooms have new flooring and things were clean. Bathrooms and hallways are still old. We slept well and got on the road early. This hotel is not right on the main road so we couldn't hear traffic which was nice.
