Holiday Inn Express & Suites Laramie West by IHG

Everything was wonderful. I truly felt at home during my stay. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The coffee and tea machines were excellent and made the stay even more pleasant. Overall it was a great experience and I would be happy to stay here again.

This hotel is located on the outskirts of the city and is very new. My GPS took me to the "Holiday Inn" - probably my mistake for not entering correct title. Something to watch for!|Nice location, although not a large choice of restaurants or shops nearby. Very well-located, though, for accessing highways.|Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Building is very smart and reflects its age (or lack of).|Spacious and well-equipped room. What was really striking was the large, flat-screen, tv, which had the most incredible resolution I have ever seen.|Very good breakfast.|Wouldn't hesitate to return.

This was absolutely the worst. My mom booked a room with 2 beds and a pull out couch. What she got was 2 beds and a roll away. The room was MUCH smaller than expected. On the thermostat on the wall there is an out of order sign!!!This hotel was also booked cause of the pool. However any picture of this pool is NOT CORRECT. It is VERY SMALL. And I only suggest getting in the pool if your looking for an ice bath as it is FREEZING. When we asked about the temperature of the pool there was NOTHING they could do!!

Beyond phenomenal experience! We really were impressed with the hotel, from the fact that they have a spotless lobby and immaculate room to the fact that the breakfast was one of the best free breakfasts I have had. |I can't tell you how happy we are that this hotel is now in Laramie. We have stayed at another highly rated hotel in Laramie and this one is miles ahead of it. |Staff was nice and accommodating to our needs as we had an RV and they helped us find a place for it.|Also, they are pet friendly, which is a great thing if you are traveling and need a clean hotel that takes pets.|Lastly, I love that they have showers that are dedicated and lights in the bathroom that are night lights, but not too bright. |You can't ask for better!

This hotel is a great value for everything that you get. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous to all who enter the hotel. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. The breakfast is a typical continental breakfast and has a variety of items for every taste and diet. The breakfast staff is courteous and helpful. The swimming pool is small, there is no Jacuzzi or hot tub; but it is. The hotel has quick access to interstate 80 and several local businesses within a close proximity to eat and shop at. The housekeeping staff was extremely helpful and friendly. There were issues with the Internet while we arrived, but the front desk clerk was beyond unhelpful in solving these problems.
