I did not stay at this motel location.||I SUGGEST YOU READ THE REVIEWS FOR THIS LOCATION.||This may be a lengthly review, but worth your time.||I called by telephone directly to the front desk, on October 14th 2025.|I made a reservation for one night, on November 4th 2025. I gave the front desk, my credit card information to hold the room.||Unfortunately, I had to cancel my reservation due to a medical condition, on November 1st 2025.|3 days prior to check-in.||I had just canceled a reservation for November 3rd at a different motel location. When I canceled at this location, I immediately received a cancelation confirmation email.||When I called by telephone to cancel at the Super 8 Motel in Kingsland, I was informed by the front desk that the reservation was indeed canceled. Absolutely disgusting room. Smelled like death and was filthy. Looks like homeless people live here. Many broken down cars in the parking lot that have been there for a long time. STAY AWAY!! I wish I took pictures to prove before I left and got my money back.

Positive: Nothing at all Negative: First impression was it was rundown but wasn’t a problem to us as long as the rooms were fine. We spent the first 30 minutes trying to find the guy at the front desk which we eventually did. As night fell the bedbugs came out and we immediately left.

The old man at the front desk was very kind. The good experience ended there. The room was infested with cockroaches, stains on the sheets, hole in the blanket, paint chipped off the walls, dirt and hair on the floor, and the room REEKED of marijuana. It reeked so bad that when I did my laundry two days later, my clothes still smelled like marijuana. I booked a King bed online and was told when I arrived that there were none left and was given a double twin room. Did I mention I was awoken in the morning by a cockroach crawling across my pillow next to my face? I know this is a budget hotel, but I would gladly pay more than $50 to never stay here again.

I suggest before you do anything, read the reviews. I had to post one star, so I can provide the public with a WARNING !! I booked a reservation by telephone to the motel front desk. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my reservation 3 days before, due to a medical situation. The front desk refused to cancel my reservation, and provide me with a reservation cancelation email. He insisted an email was not necessary, and said he has canceled it in his system. Sure enough....the day after my reservation that was canceled, he charged my credit card and claimed I was a no show. He accused me of not canceling and told me, I will never get my money back, because nobody ever does. If I did not cancel, I would have paid for nothing. DOES THAT MAKE SENSE TO ANYONE ? NO, IT DOES NOT ! I was told by a
