Very impressed with the rooms location and not to mention awesome weekend/holiday breakfast! I thought we would be stuck with basic Hotel food and it was actually fantastic more homely! Also the staff were very friendly other than one hiccups in the beginning trying to get connecting rooms for me and my elderly mother. Other than that I think her name was Marva my housekeeping lady and the other lady I am so mad that I forgot their names when I wanted to do a review on them from this past Thanksgiving weekend. They were with so many places to stay in that one little area I must say I enjoyed that it was pet friendly clean and modern..... really enjoyed my stay! Will be back soon as my brother just moved to this area!

We stayed here after leaving Disney because the in-climate weather in NC made the roads hazardous. The lobby is warm and inviting. You can tell right away the rooms are going to be above standard by the lobby. Check in was a breeze! Our room was spotless! It was so nice I wanted to stay longer. I'd highly recommend if you need a place to rest after driving.

Stayed here 3 times over the last 5 weeks. Would be a 5-star review EXCEPT the showers have no hot water, barely luke warm, way too cold to use. Front desk said sorry but they awaiting part. No refund! A month later I called desk in advance of my stay to make sure they had fixed their problem. They lied and said all showers have hot water. Got there, went to take a shower and NO hot water. When I confronted them in person, they said "part will be in on Wednesday". This is an ongoing problem that they've had for at least 5 weeks that I know of; yet they try to keep it a secret and just basically ignore customer complaints. They admitted that some rooms have hot water and some do not. Yet they keep booking those rooms and keep charging people full price and not telling people of the

This is my first time staying at this Home2 suites location. I saw on the reviews that people said there was no hot water. I did not anticipate reviews being so accurate. Every other thing about this place is fantastic except the hot water. There's no hot water. It was barely lukewarm and showering was a shivering event. My wife refused to take a shower because it was so cold. My days of roughing it let me at least get showered. The water, after running for 15 minutes, finally did get to about 80°. That was the bad part. Everything else here was fantastic, including the food. Everyone was friendly and nice. Unfortunately we will not be staying here again and I have already canceled my reservation here for next month.

I was traveling with two kids to see my mother who was in the hospital with a stroke. I booked a room using the Hilton app for Nov 21st. After driving 7 hours we arrived and I was told they were overbooked and I didn’t have a room. I was assured they wouldn’t charge me. There were no available rooms close by and I had to drive another hour. I woke up to a pending charge for $238. I called the hotel and was told it wouldn’t be taken out and would “drop off”. Well that wasn’t true as I checked and noticed it was taken out. Short story it’s now 11 days later and they still haven’t returned my money. I’ve called 5 times starting on the 22nd.
