Super 8 by Wyndham Havre De Grace Aberdeen Area

Our bedroom cleaned and changed daily. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Can't fault the hotel and will stay there again. Recommend this hotel

Positive: Great price. Hotel employee was fantastic during the check in process. There was an issue with my reservation which he quickly took care of. The room was nicely decorated and the beds were super comfortable. Everything worked, A/C, fridge, microwave. Negative: The bathroom was a little old but the shower had good pressure and I was able to get the perfect temperature. The hairdryer worked. Not a dealbreaker for me.

This motel had such amazing staff who were sooo helpful! I wanted to take a bath and they found a plug for the tub for me! I liked the location because there is a grocery store right next door, but if you don't have a car, the area doesn't seem very walkable.

We booked a room for a week, bad experience from the start. We arrived 2 hours earlier than our set check in time and they declined our online paid request option for early check in. We finally got into the room and it was TERRIBLE. Dirty floors, standing dust everywhere, grime on the walls, bathroom had not been cleaned, stained bedding with cigarette burns (non smoking room), rooms are dark and THE SMELL... disgusting. Like mildew, wet dog, and sour locker room, anything but pleasant. The entire hotel reaks of weed and cigarettes. Housekeeping is a joke. There is never anyone at the front desk. Don't expect fresh clean towels or bedding. THEY FLIP THE SHEETS AND PILLOWCASES INSTEAD OF REPLACING WITH CLEAN ONES. But if you want cheap, you got it!

When arriving, there was a no smoking sign in the lobby but it REEKED of cigarette smoke smell. When getting to our room, there were stains on the sheets but they looked fresh. No smoke detector but the wires of where it should be were hanging out of the ceiling. The hairdryer was broken, metal was showing on it. The smell of cigarette smoke in a non-smoking room as well as the smell of mildew made me find a different hotel for the night. I dropped the key back off at the front desk and left.
