Super 8 by Wyndham Harker Heights Killeen/Fort Hood

I came into town with family to welcome my son and his wife’s new baby into the world. We stayed from the 1st-11th. The staff was just wonderful. Mike, Julie, Tasha and Chantel. The hotel was clean. They offer a decent continental breakfast. Since I like to walk and get my steps in I eas happy that they had an AnyTime Fitness right next door that I could access ANYTIME. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the area. Book online and get great rates. The hotel is located near restaurants and a grocery store. Appreciate the hospitality.

Amazing stay! I had the nicest service with the best sleep and breakfast to wake up to. The security of the place was better than at home, the rooms were tidy the front desk workers were always informative and friendly. The price was amazing compared to the competition, which was a huge difference in quality. I would stay in this hotel again and encourage whoever reads this to book a room here because its the best in the area.||M223v3

Positive: location and price. outside of cigarettes smell the room was clean. could use more than a single coffee in the room. Negative: TV didn't work even with replacement remote. room smelled like cigarettes and I was charged for smoking when I do not smoke.

It's a Beautiful, Amazing and Wonderful Place to stay. I've stayed there 4 times already since it has been remodel. The same young Lady has checked me in on every visit. I don't know her name right off but She's a Very Awesome and Professional Staff Member. I'll give her 5 Stars and Recommend Employer Of The Year.!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Booking the room was so easy. Walking in and greeting and the first contact with the 2 young ladies at the front desk was phenomenal! They were so pleasant and seemed to loved what they did. Took a lot of pride in helping explain your stay. The room was exceptionally clean! The bed was fantastic I slept great ! The next morning I went downstairs the whole atmosphere had changed the man at the desk was unapproachable, he was short when asking a question. Went over to the breakfast bar , not impressed if you are going to offer waffles at least have some butter. Jus syrup was so dry and when I didn’t fully understand the waffle machine he seemed angry and walked over after it beeped and beeped and stated welp there goes that it will have to reheat and turned around and walked off.
