Hampton Inn Harker Heights

I recently attended a conference at this location, and I must say, everything was superb! The conference room was clean, light, and airy, comfortable for all attendees. They provided water which were greatly appreciated. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, enhancing the overall experience. I loved the coffee bar at the front lobby, and the snack area offered convenient options for those of us needing a quick bite. Finding the conference room was a breeze, and the plentiful parking made it easy to arrive without any stress. Overall, I had a fantastic time during the workshop boot camp on AI with IBCC. I would definitely give this venue a five-star rating!

This hotel is very clean and comfortable. Many of the staff, Vicki and Vanessa, as well as others have been working there for several years, which tells a lot about the work environment. Breakfast buffet was good, front staff very accommodating and friendly. Rooms and bath were clean, and bath was very large.

This location is family friendly with much to do in the surrounding area.

The front desk was very helpful when we checked in and even exchanged our room so that my friend would be able to breathe (allergies) but the night time staff was not helpful at all. We had an issue with the sliding door and were basically told of well. Thankfully with a lot of maneuvering we were able to get it to work.

Ms. Vicky does an amazing job ensuring great guest experience with the breakfast 5 days a week. She's friendly and always has a smile on her face which is pleasant to see. Ms. Vicky keeps all the food full and at proper temperatures. As well as everything stocked. The area is always clean and presentable. She is definitely an asset to the company. Thank you for all your hard work and making a great start to our morning for the time we were at the hotel
