Super 8 by Wyndham Fremont NE

Honestly after reading the reviews I was weary to stay here but, it looks and smells very fresh upon being here! The faucet in the bathroom is leaky but not noisy & the staff have been amazing & very attentive. The carpets could use a good shampooing & shower curtains need bleaching. but I really wasn’t expecting much when coming here & was pretty surprised by the cleanliness. For a cheap rate, I am absolutely happy with it!

Positive: "" Negative: The first room the clerk showed me had a bad smell to it.. She showed me another and it was acceptable, but when the light was turned on in bathroom, the light was so dim noone could shave by it, and the vent fan gave off an unpleasan odor.

We booked a room through Trip. When we arrived, we were told even though there was a reservation, they didn’t have any rooms. We were still charged for the room by Trip, even though Super 8 cancelled our reservation. We ended up traveling another 50 miles before we found another room. We are out $193. plus dollars and didn’t get a room and had to keep traveling late at night. If we could get a refund from Trip, we would be willing to change this review.

There was black mold all over the ceiling of the bathroom. When they switched my room, the second room also had black mold all over the ceiling
