Countryside Inn & Suites

Due to the college world series our usual motel raised their prices and I refused to pay that. So we chose this motel. It was a comfortable bed and provided a place to sleep. The staff was friendly and willing to help. However, I'm not sure why there was such a strong smell throughout the motel. It reminded me of those green tree car deorderizer's x 10. My sinuses plugged and my wife got a headache. It was very hot and the air conditioning didn't do a very good job of cooling the room. There were holes in one of the bath towels and bed sheets. The motel was quiet and provided a limited morning breakfast.

The hotel is fine for the price but beware of unexpected extra charges. I received a large additional charge for 'smokey' room after checkout and without any notice. I do not smoke and had no visitors. I was told when I called front desk that only manager could reverse the charge. However, the manager never responded to my request to reverse the charge.

The hotel smells awful. The staff is not helpful at all. The manager and the staff straight up lied in order to avoid paying a refund. My advice would be to avoid this place at all costs. There are much better hotel in town or in Omaha

I'm sorry I usually like this place for low cost hotels but I had a roach in my bathroom.

We are staying in the king suite, and have been pleased so far. The room is good sized, the bed is actually really comfortable, and there's a sofa so you aren't stuck sitting on the bed every time you just want to relax without laying down. My only issue is we can't open the curtains because there is a neighborhood right behind the hotel; when you do open the curtains, you're looking down at people in their back yard, which is awkward. Overall, the hotel is modern and clean. They offer a continental breakfast that's basic but more than sufficient (cereal, yogurt, honey buns, muffins, fresh (make yourself) waffles, coffee, hot tea and juice. The entire location appears to be we'll maintained, not only are the rooms clean, but the halls, lobby and other general areas are very clean and smel
