Super 8 by Wyndham Eureka Springs

The real reason we all check reviews is for the nitty gritty, so here you go. The rooms are definitely dated and they show their age. The WiFi is fairly non existent. The trees will drip sap onto your car, but a quick trip to the car wash solves that, or park away from the trees. That’s it for the “bad”, no joke. The staff was phenomenal. They were so friendly and courteous, all of them. The room was clean, no complaints at all. They are even pet friendly, so hey A+ there. When we return we will stay again, you just can’t beat the awesomeness of the staff, and location was prime.

The best stay I have ever experienced. The staff is amazing and the breakfast is hot and delicious. The pool was not available but the people there made up for it. The room was so so clean and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom was so clean. I definitely will be returning and a special thanks to staff member Maria thank you for going way out of your way to make sure I was happy. Also the price was very reasonable.

Positive: Front staff were super sweet and amazing! Negative: The cleanliness! It was super dirty and awful. We found trash from previous people under our bed. The dresser was broken and it was just pure nasty.

Picked this hotel for dog-friendly and high rating.. 8.6? Rooms are very spacious and clean! Price is very reasonable and the complimentary breakfast was great. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Location is just edge of town, so not downtown. Quiet, just like we needed. Beautiful indoor pool and jacuzzi too. Only complaint was a leaky sink, when turned on, and electric door-switch was in need of service, as it took several tries to open. Let management know. Will definitely stay here again, with or without dogs!

I was so happy with the clean room and was very impressed with how comfortable the bed was. When I arrived I was upset that the pool and hot tub was closed. That was one of the reasons why I wanted to stay. Now I can’t say enough about how awesome the staff was. The best and very pleasant. They will go out of their way to make sure you are happy.The breakfast was delicious and hot. That was the other reason I wanted to stay there. Please if you want great service and very reasonable price stay there. I definitely will be going back. The staff members Maria is so awesome and very helpful and will make sure you’re happy.
