Where do I begin? The formica countertop around the bathroom sink was worn and water-damaged, as was the shower curtain rod. The HVAC unit is incapable of not being set to auto. It turns on and off constantly. The sheets have the texture and stiffness of a high-grit sandpaper. The single front desk staff member had strong body odor. The water-control knob on the shower has a 1-inch range of motion such that Antarctic ice and Louisiana seafood boil are 2mm apart. When I called the reception to report a broken chair, the woman told me that I'd need to speak up because she could hardly hear me over my malfunctioning phone. Regarding the chair, I was told that housekeeping would "get to it when they had time." A while later a member of housekeeping showed up with a new phone. No chair. My room

Front desk is very helpful and considerate. Quiet place with a good restaurant nextdoor. Room was clean and stocked with essentials. Breakfast was good and stocked also. Free wifi and HBO and Cinemax available for free. Plenty of parking available.

Zero stars for everything! This place is a dump! Dirty, smelly, holes in blankets, frayed carpet, and an overall horrible experience. Would not recommend! Dead cockroach in the microwave. I'm sure it had bed bugs, I didn't sleep in the bed. Ended up cat napping in the chair, after I covered it with towels!! The health inspector needs to visit this hell hole and shut it down!!! 😤 😡🤬

Positive: The location Negative: Everything. The hotel was dirty amd very outdated. There were bugs (roaches and spiders) in my room. The sink and the bath tub were stopped up and the water didn't go down. Overall experience was a 0. I will not be back

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. The floor appeared to be needing a major deep clean. The bath tub had 4 or 5 cigarette burns on the edge of it. Worst of all, it was absolutely crawling with BUGS. We sat there for a few hours watching their horribly difficult to operate TV, two remotes, only working occasionally, when we shut lights off suddenly these bugs we all over. My fiance found one on her phone, and them shortly after we found two more in the bathroom. Upon grabbing one in some tissue paper and taking it to the front desk the employee there literally had no reaction of disgust or surprise like he knew the place was infested. And since we booked through a website he absolutely did not care. Stay away from this roach coach.
