Super 8 by Wyndham Cromwell/Middletown

The only thing decent about this hotel is their TV size and location. Otherwise, the rooms smell very badly. There was a cockroach on the desk as soon as we walked into the room. But what really sets the tone is the multiple times the police had to come to this location. From drugs to domestic violence. The hotel staff didn't do anything either! No refunds, no comps... so not waste your time, you will not get any sleep.

Decent, clean, easy. Walls are a tad thin, but I’ve experienced this in more chic places. Hallways seem dark. Furnishings are not new. Staff is polite, no breakfast to speak of, coffee always available. Heater worked very well. It’s a reliable place to camp out. My room had a great minifrig and microwave. A good value. I probably will stay here again to save money.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The place is absolutely filthy. Booked one non-smoking room, the entire carpet and upholstery was covered in burn holes. The stench in the room was suffocating, one of my guests had asthma and due to health and safety concerns we could not stay in the room. There was an ooey gooey stain in the middle of the bed (that had supposedly just been changed.. ya right), I don’t even want to speculate what that stain was… GROSS!! We were staying at this hotel to attend a wedding, by the time we returned from the wedding and went to complain to front desk there was no one available. Have been trying to get a refund for over 2 months and customer service has been HORRIBLE!!! Hanging up the phone on me, refusing to give me any compensation or refund. If I can I would definitely give them zero Stars they have cockroaches and I only been in the room less then a hour and saw them!!!! The bed sheets is really dirty so I hurry up and took my things and left!!!!
