Super 8 by Wyndham Clarksville Northeast

I wouldn’t recommend staying at this motel. From the moment I checked in, the experience was disappointing. The person at the front desk had a clear attitude and was unhelpful, which set a negative tone right away. Customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately it was lacking here. The room itself was very old and felt worn down, like it hasn’t been updated in years. To make matters worse, there was a beetle crawling on the ceiling, which was unsettling and made the room feel unclean. Overall, between the poor service, outdated rooms, and cleanliness issues, this stay fell far below expectations.

Positive: The staff. Negative: Dead bugs in my room. An I submitted a request for extension on checkout and was told that wasn’t allowed. Even though I already paid for the extension.

Didn't like having to stand in the cold to check into my room. Then the bed was so hard and not comfortable. I didn't go to breakfast but there are so many people that live there full time it was more like a grab and go and not a continental breakfast where I could continue my day. But you pay for what you get, and it was nice to get off the room last mintue and even find a room so grateful for that.

Spent one night on the way to Nashville. Location was very good, right off the interstate. The hotel staff were very helpful and efficient with my check-in. The room was fine, and the breakfast was ok. There isn't a hot breakfast, but coffee and muffins/cereal are available. Overall enjoyed my stay.

Very comfortable and breakfast was on point. Felt right at home when we arrived. Staff was very friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in the door!
