Super 8 by Wyndham Casper East/Evansville

Do not stay here. The staff is rude and harasses their guest. The plumbing does not work. The sink clogs up. Asked front desk girl for clean towels and got a lecture its not their policy to give the dirty towels to housekeeping. When they never gave me clean towels and when I asked the housekeeping lady she didnt understand me as she doesnt speak English. So I had to go ask the front desk. I do not work here I am a guest. I told her I am paying for nothing and apparently thats being disrespectful is what she said. The Regional Manager Sam called me, yelled at me over my dogs barking, I had left for about an hour to go get food at 4 pm. He tried to tell me I am not allowed to leave them alone at all. Well according to the paper I signed it clearly states they cannot be left for long periods

I had a quick stay at Super 8 East. It was clean and comfortable and the staff was amazing. A special shout out to Claire, she was great and made my stay more special. All the Best Claire!

The room was pretty and clean. I particularly liked the western decor, and I was pleasantly surprised to find our room had a fridge and microwave since we had food and medication that needed refrigerated. They also offer cereal and coffee for breakfast. Plus, the bed was very comfortable. Great value for the price.

Positive: The price and the location. Negative: The carpet definitely needs to be changed. It looks dirty and worn. The breakfast was basically cereal and a muffin. Very little for someone with gluten intolerance.

This place is the worst place I’ve ever booked. Well that my husband has ever booked… I’m never letting him pick hotels alone again. Driving up windows are boarded up on half of the building, the parking lot is in disrepair with dead trees and random shopping carts around. Shares a park lot with a domestic violence resource center, which would be fine but the place looks rough, there is something called the Tate house also I think it’s probably housing? Hard to say as it looked very abandoned. The second clue was the front desk staff needed copies of both of our ids, odd. The lobby was in-disrepair, but the gals working the front desk were chipper and sweet. The paint is chipping off the building and the only things growing in the flower beds are weeds.
