Super 8 by Wyndham Alturas

I came into Alturas not expecting to stay there. The Super 8 was highly reviewed by Google, so I stopped by. The young attendant that checked me in and the gentleman, Mike, who checked me out, were very both sincere and helpful. I was able to get one of the last two rooms and was so thankful, as there was not another town within 100 miles. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. I enjoyed the stay very much and would stay there again.|Thank you.

We arrived in the late evening, greeted by a very nice, smiling host-i didn't see his name badge, but he was wearing one. He helped with dining recommendations and told me to let him know if we needed anything. The room was spacious and clean. Lakeview is a quaint town and convenient as a stop over on your travels. Will definitely stay here again.

Five stars for the folks working there! I was able to extend my stay from one night to four and stay in the same room thanks to Mike at the front desk. Room upstairs felt secure and pretty quiet for being on the main road. They switch the towels and linens every few days for water saving purposes which didn’t bother me but I’m sure if you asked they could get you fresh linens daily. Everyone working there was super friendly.

What a nice, well manicured hotel, with beautiful flowers in hanging baskets from the balcony. So pretty and inviting. Parking lot well maintained along with the grounds.|My second time here in a month and Mike, the GM is WONDERFUL and friendly, welcoming any questions you might have about the town. Did his best to find the best rate available to me. Very busy time at the hotel due to fire fighters and forest service employees in town. My room had two queen beds. The room was fresh smelling, floors were carpeted and clean. Plenty of lamps in the room and by the bedside. Bath tub in a separate room with the toilet. My only negative comment is that they have dispensers hanging in the shower/tub for shampoo and body wash. The shampoo was EMPTY, and it was a big container!!! I tried to see if
