Super 8 by Wyndham Abilene North

This was the worse hotel I have ever been in. We came in and were initially assigned room 144. When we got to the room the door was wide open and one bed was completely stripped. Went back to front desk, was assigned room 123. Walked in and there was only ONE queen bed. I reserved a room with 2 beds. Went once again back to the front desk was assigned room 241 and the room had no mirror above sink. Lots of bugs. The AC made a very loud noise all night. Towels were dirty, smoke detector was covered up, etc. I call to the front desk 3 times and they don’t pick up the phone. DO NOT STAY HERE!! You’re better off sleeping in your car!

For the love of god sleep in your car first. I have never walked in a room and turned around and left. Bed sheets were dirty, outlets hanging out of the wall, half finished sheet rock, and the bathroom was worse than a porta pot at a construction site. Believe the reviews because I didn’t.

We checked in and there were roaches in our room. I pulled back the sheets to check for bed bugs and there was pubic hair and head hair on the sheets. Also holes in the ceiling and more. I have pictures of this. We obviously didn’t stay and requested a refund. They refused. I’m taking this issue up the ladder. DON’T STAY HERE!!!!!! ZERO STARS.

Positive: Nothing was good about it. I would like a refund on my stay there. Negative: The perimeter from pulling up to find my room. I was giving a room that was not finish , or damaged. There was a hole in the wall, behind the toward the bottom below the door. Front door damaged,gnats flying,baseboard, bathroom, not lock,rusty tub.

Definitely should have read the reviews before booking this hotel. Can't give this leas than 1 star but I sure want to. It's nasty. It should be condemned. Holes in the roof, the walls, and the stairs feel like they won't hold up. Got to the room and the toilet was clogged, the sheets had pubic hairs in them, and there were dead bugs and strange splatters all over the walls. Got a different room that was barely better. No breakfast available. No pool. Just don't bother.
