Sunshine Mile RV Park

I stayed here while traveling for work and left after only two weeks due to serious safety concerns. As a solo female traveler, I did not feel secure at all. My electric bike was stolen, and when I asked the manager about security footage, I was simply told, “We didn’t see anything.” There’s no fence or real security, and homeless individuals frequently walk through the area. Trash bins are often overflowing, and early morning truck deliveries make it noisy and disruptive. The RV spaces are also extremely cramped, offering little privacy or peace. The only upside is the location (2stars), it’s close to a grocery store and was convenient for my job. But safety should come first. They will take your money and never give you answer for your questions after!||We didnt have other choice because all the other camping was full and we understand why after! The photos seems clean so we reserved 7 days.||When we arrived we saw many rv who seems there forever and was really dirty. Some have wood in the window and they seems to have moisture..||The trash never got empty. They were close to full when we arrive, 4 days later there was extra full (picture). I call twice and leave message to have the code for the laundry and during all weeks she never answered back. We pass a women who kindly give us the code and describe the owner with words that i can write here so I let you imagine. But confirmed that the owner just never give answer. She told us that she has a water problem

I love it I always come back to this place the staff are wonderful they treat you like your family and look out for you when you need them .. the maintenance worker Andrew helps you all hrs this place is the best place I don't care what people say about this place there all cry babies the staff make sure your needs are taken care of

We had a great five week stay here. Pros: 1) Location is the best attribute. Close to everything around the center of Tucson. Two to three miles away from a noisy freeway, but close enough to hop on to get to other attractions around Tucson. 2) Rose is very polite and friendly. 3) Sites are pretty level and with gravel and concrete slabs. 4) Pricing is reasonable Cons: 1) Made reservations in early January for a weeks stay on 3rd week of March. Paid an extra $10 "Lock Site Fee" to ensure our site of choice. Get here and our site was given to someone else. Rose said we were suppose to be there one day before, and gave site to someone else.
