Sunset Inn

This dump, and yes that's what it is a "DUMP", was a last minute choice that I made for us. I knew I wasn't going into a 5 star hotel, but I thought at least there would be some dignified qualities! However, we (my husband and I), reluctantly stayed there anyway against our better judgement. I tell you I wasn't ready for what I'm about to admit, but the place was an absolute "HELL HOLE"! Something out of a HORROR MOVIE!||The bathroom was completely "DISGUSTING"! It was dirty, no toilet paper, no wash clothes, no soap and it looked like blood underneath the sink. The motel room itself was nasty. There were broken down cabinets, a half melted lampshade in the closet, nasty curtains, tv didn't work and a nasty blanket/sheet on the bed. Positive: Nothing didn’t even stay we checked out the same day. Negative: Dirty , stinky , bugs , mold not good at all

Honestly don’t even get a star wasnt to pleased to stay there only stayed there to rest our head first room we had bedbugs and the owner got mad cause we turned the covers over to check for bugs. The owner or manager wasn’t nice at all very rude stinks in there charged us 15$ per person cause we had two extra people. Regret actually staying there the second room still stinks honestly needs to be shut down. And was still dirt on the side of the table in the middle of the beds. Don’t come here or waste your money here guy is a scam.

Horrible customer service!!! Booked through Priceline and before checking in I tried reaching the hotel to ask about fees and the phone line kept ringing. The one time someone did answer they were very unprofessional. Didn’t even state their establishment by name, when I asked am I speaking with sunset inn they hung up. When my boyfriend and I arrived the man at the booth was very rude then too! When I stated we were here to check in the man brushed us off and said we didn’t have a reservation. I even pulled up the reservation on my phone so he could physically see that we in fact had a reservation he took my phone and canceled the reservation ON MY PHONE! Said they overbooked you and to please leave. I then asked if I could use the restroom he said no and that if we didn’t leave he would

stayed less than 5 minutes. found a dead mouse in the room and they still refused to give us a refund.
