Sunset Harbor Resort Luxury Condominiums

I was highly disappointed that these once very nice condos have been neglected . There is much cosmetic work to be done to the building . On a recent stay there was rotten wood around the building , missing lights in stairways which could be dangerous at night , the breezeways were dirty , cigarette butts and litter, building needs a good power wash or fresh paint and to add insult to injury the elevator was broken and we were on the third floor. We were told by our host it wouldn’t be fixed until the following week.Did I tell you one of our guest has MS and frequently uses a can for walking stability?!?! If you can’t take any more please stop reading now because there is more !! Our unit #309 had no AC . I do understand some things are out of the hostesses control however I believe every
