Sunset Campground

Great spot! Quiet, cheap and easy to book. Booked late at 11pm for same day when we were in a scramble to find a place to stay on our motorcycles on Memorial Day. The hotel we booked earlier that day was too far away, and everything went smoothly with camping here.

Beautiful Campground and quiet! Feels secluded but you’re close to town. Safe! The name definitely fits! The night sky’s are remarkable!! The portable toilet was the cleanest I’ve ever used. Thank you for the wonderful stay! Definitely will be back!

New campground, has a very western theme. Pull thru, and outdoor bathrooms; very clean!. We were the only campers the first night and then another camper pulled in toa spot. Very quiet. Our hosts and their kids were super nice. We got there early and they said to just go in. There is a natural bridge and ruins right up the road.

I booked the wrong date, so I asked to change. I had to book again, because that was cheaper then change booking. It would have been easy to say, hey, just walk in the other day, it’s not busy. But well, so I paid double. Bad for me, lucky you. Anyway, the site is nice. But you should tell your customers that there is just a stinky plastic dixi loo and not a dumb toilet people know from other campgrounds.

Great site! The site was very quiet and had great views of the sunset and there were amazing stars at night. The toilet on site is super clean and everything was well maintained. There was also a super cool Native American ruin right by the campsite that is a quick walk away.
