This place is greedy. I made a reservation, and then sent an email to request an extended check out time, they replied with an email later saying they couldn't provide it. So the next morning I went and cancelled the reservation and they charged me a fee because you have to cancel within 14 days of the check in date, keep in mind I tried to cancel within 12 days of the check in date, which isn't that much different. I called in and talked to the person in charge of the booking, and they said there isn't anything they can do. I even said "so if I would have cancelled within minutes of doing the reservation yesterday, I still would have been charged" and the person on the phone said yes, they even said "that's how the system works" as if technology wasn't equipped to be able to cancel the ca

While here we used the bathrooms, and some of the amenities before we ended up with a massive bug on my back, we only stayed 3 hours before we left due to this bug. When we confronted the owner he came and mocked us about it saying it was harmless. When i ran the image through google the results showed us a kissing bug. When we asked for a refund he continued to mock us saying we cant have a refund because we cancelled and left without saying anything because we were scared of "a little bug" when it was about 4 inches. My boyfriend and I arrived here and within 3 hours he found a huge bug on his back. We used the hot tub and bathroom prior to finding the bug, we asked him to come help us get rid of it since we arent from here and have no experience handling bugs of this size. We intended on staying here so we had used the amenities. When he arrived to help us he kept saying there definitely wasn't a bug and when he found it he mocked us and said how its red underbelly would match great with my red hair and put it really close to me. A very small cozy house. More interesting option than motel accommodation, especially if the weather is nice and you want to have breakfast on the small terrace. Clean. Comfortable bed. Lots of positive comments in the visitors book left in the house. For 2 people maximum.

So cute and perfect for 2 people! Great communication and very clean. Will definitely be back the next time I’m in SE Utah!
