Sunburst Hotel

Seeing the front of the place I was like maybe but parking in the back seeing broken down appliances then walking past the animal food bowls and the amount of flys my god. The bedding had stains and there were stains on the headboard and just smelled weed. Large group constantly standing around and loud OMG. The dogs barking from the second floor absolutely ridiculous. The small children from the lady in the office would not move out of the parking lot for cars heck I was scared for them. You could see sunlight coming through the cracks of the doors. They really need to have a hand rail around the front porch of the room in the front. We walked in looked around and looked at each other and said nope can’t do this. We never brought are things into the room. Because honestly anywhere we stay

Positive: Room is cozy, clean. Staff is always courteous. Negative: I’m sure the heat was not working like it was supposed to, I know they had an emergency but I was not given a washcloth. However, Dollar General and several eateries are close by so I wasn’t tripping.

I'm not staying at this hotel, I'm across the street and I am so mad. I spent my hard-earned money on my room and you guys ruined it for me the past few days. Im posting a photo of my original post, which I deleted because you guys stopped playing the music at 8:00 p.m. But then yesterday you guys played it until 2:30 a.m.! Then I decided to give you another chance because I haven't heard anything. But half an hour ago you started the freaking loud music again! So disrespectful I just can't stand it. Very unprofessional and very selfish. And you have all these people hanging out outside every single night like it's a summer weekend at an apartment complex. It's not even the weekend! All rooms have been completely remodeled. Laminate floors. Additional parking in back. Two ladies in housekeeping and young man at front desk very nice and accommodating. Ice available across the street at the Bermuda Sands. We stayed in a cozy suite.

Positive: This is a very clean hotel, no litter, all floors were clean, I didn’t see a crumb. The staff is awesome! Great hotel overall, I would definitely recommend. Negative: No, there was nothing that I did not like.
