Sun Valley Inn

This is a nice place to stay if you just want a place to sleep and shower. It's very convenient to all of downtown which offers a lot. This motel is older, but clean and the staff if very friendly. If you are the type that wants all the bell and whistles, then this is not for you. If you want a nice, clean, and convenient place to stay with a comfortable bed and walk in shower, then this is for you.

Far from a 5 star hotel but worked great for my needs. Nothing fancy, furniture looks like garage sale stuff but it works. The chairs could use a bit of cleaning. I wouldn't sit on them without a towel down first. Room are spacious. Bathroom is a bit small but it works. The bed was comfortable to me and the sheets were clean. I have a mid-size truck and parking was tight. I kept my window open all night and it was pretty quiet. If you just need a place to put your head down at night, this is an affordable place to do it. For the price range, I would definitely stay here again.

On a recent road trip to northern California this was one of my favorite places that we stayed as a family because the overall conditions were so pleasant, convenient, and comfortable. The room was very clean and spacious, easily accessible (I was able to park my car just steps away from the room's door), the air conditioning was cool and effective after a very hot day, and the beds were comfortable. I appreciated that besides a desk there was also a little table to sit and work at or have a meal. The location was very convenient to get to from the freeway and the area was nice and quiet. I wouldn't hesitate to come back. Thank you for a great stay.

We stayed here with my daughter and wife (both very picky about germs and cleanliness) and Sun Valley Inn did not disappoint. The rooms were VERY clean, the bathroom clean and modern. There was absolutely no weird odors when we walked in. Beds were clean, room was big. We were very happy and it was an amazing price.

Rooms are creepy. The front desk lies to people they don't want to rent to and always say they are sold out with an empty parking lot. Rooms get super cold and the heater does not help. No screens on windows. It's not worth it at all. Big outdated tv . For years the same stained carpet. Always a strong cigarette smoke smell in each room .I won't ever waste my time with this place
