Homewood Suites by Hilton Pleasant Hill Concord

Excellent hotel. Has everything you need except no beer for sale in lobby. Breakfast was adequate and Outback along with other restaurants are a couple of blocks away. Be sure to get a room on the front side of the hotel because it is very close to the highway with lots of noise. No problems with front facing rooms.

I've never slept in a worse bed, the mattress had to have been 20 years old. Within minutes of getting in bed, my back began to ache, so much so that I hardly got any sleep and the bedding didn't help. The bedding was too small for the bed and felt awful. The breakfast was terrible and almost exactly the same everyday! There's a small kitchenette but nowhere to eat. They also changed a $2,000 security deposit!!I would not recommend staying here. Though not much better I would recommend the residence inn right nextdoor.

Positive: "" Negative: My room was infested with ants. We were moved to a room with dog urine allover the carpets. Then moved to another room with ant problem. Front desk attendant Sherry was not helpful, rude and disrespectful. I have photos and videos of my experience.

Perfect location for our stay. The staff were so friendly and efficient. Particularly Khalid, Sean,Steph and Dorothy. The rooms were large and comfortable for our two week stay. They even made our new granddaughter very welcome on our walks. Would definitely recommend a stay.

Danyel Fetterly is the most unprofessional manager I have ever came across. Our room was not cleaned for a week and when approached with the situation she decided to have an attitude. We talked to her the day before and she said it would get done, only to come back to our room completely dirty and STILL no towels. Horrible service and I have no idea why that woman is a manager. She is unprofessional and does not know customer service.
