Sumpter Bed & Breakfast

My favorite stay on our 2 week road trip! The owners are so lovely, accommodating, and helpful! We were on a ghost road trip and got to hear some amazing stories from the proprietors and others! Wonderful place, everything was perfect and I wish ALL b&b owners were as kind, lovely, and generous as these folks, would drive all the way to Sumpter again just to go here!

Had a really nice visit. Would totally stay again. Host was very easy to contact and communicate with. Only regret was that we couldn't stay two nights! I don't think I've stayed in a cleaner place. The host family was very warm and friendly, even sitting with us for breakfast to talk about the history of the hotel (HOW many times must they have told the stories before!?) as well as give advice for where to go snowshoeing nearby.

Awesome vintage experience. Highly recommended. I thought that the shared bathrooms would be an issue, but there are a lot of them and they are good sized and it was not an issue. Clean, friendly and easily affordable. I'll be back!

Brian and Mia are the sweetest and have so much history to share about the building. An amazing power duo who keep things top notch, relaxing and really inspired my partner and I to explore more in the area. There always something new in their local artists display, I love it here!

I am so glad I came here with my wife and son!!! We had a great time with fantastic hosts, Brian and Mia! Super friendly and welcoming😃 could not have asked for anything more for a very relaxing at their Bed and Breakfast for two nights. I slept like a complete baby on the last night only to wake up and have wonderful breakfasts on both mornings. This truly was a perfect trip and stay🥳 Boring stuff but needed for travelers to know: beds are super comfy!!! Water pressure in the shower of a house 100 years older than our home was way better than home 😂 Cell access 100% Internet 100% with WiFi Lots of streaming selection! Great place to just relax! Really couldn’t have asked for a better trip would absolutely recommend this place to anyone, and can’t wait to be back!
