Summer Tubing Hill - Snow Mountain Ranch

Great attraction at the YMCA, definitely the favorite of our group! We ended up doing it twice in a weekend, the first time we got more runs as it was less busy in the am. I would get online first to sign the waiver to make sure you have that done before you get there and they do have helmets to rent if you would like one, cheers!

Totally terrifying for a three year old to go down that first sharp drop, and then she was a huge fan! It's a super family outing, and it was not overly crowded that Sunday. Not a good pic of the drop but you can see how 3-6 yet old are hooked on with an adult.

My little guys couldn’t go down but us parents had a great time. You can’t see the bottom of the first dip from the top. It’s the best ride for the summer time.

I’ll admit I should have looked at the website to see that you have to bring your own sleds this year, my mistake. However, the rudeness of your person at the counter was a sight to behold. The grand kids forgot their gloves so I bought 2 pair for $50. There’s a word for that!! Then he tells me by the way we don’t provide tubes. I was polite and said thanks the asked for a return on those brand new pair of gloves and was told “No Refunds”. Wow, hope your customer service rubs off on other customers and you feel it in your pocketbook.

Cute tubing hill for summertime. Float down a ramp on an inner tube as you’re surprised sprayed in the face by water- the hill is coated in a plasticky material and the water lubricates it so you slide. They have an automatic lift to take you back up (drag your tube to it) and repeat. When I visited, staff had to push you off (would have liked to run and Superman) but they offered you forwards, backwards, or spin pushes. Fun for kids and adults though adults get bored a little quicker.
