Sugarloaf Mountain Hotel

I waited for IKON Pass or the hotel to ask me about my stay as Sunday River did. They did not not, here goes. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, and I've experienced many. Bravo! The hotel had a past bug infestation and did not clean up. Dead bugs in my room and evidence of failure to clean up hallways and lots of bugs on window ledges (see photo). The worst thing was parking. I had to park at least 300 yards away after unloading. The designated hotel (and chapel) lot was jammed, mostly with cars that had no hotel hang tags. Lot C was jammed with skier cars that had no hang tags. In fact, the exit lane was fully 'parked in' requiring those leaving to drive against one-way traffic coming in. Got a few dirty looks from entering cars (they of course did not find a spot). I parked at the

Stayed recently at the hotel with my son’s family. Arrived during a snowstorm and lots of activity at the hotel. The folks managing the reservation desk were all incredibly helpful, efficient, kind. What a wonderful experience as we entered which continued through our stay. Natasha ((Tash) and Bonnie helped us navigate our stay with what turned out to be one really sick 6 years old. They kept us in incredibly good care - making sure we had all we needed for the sick child. Can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend the experience!! Thank you to all who helped us!

Had a wonderful time here. Very clean and quiet! Stay here and you won’t be sorry. It’s where the skiing action is! Breakfast buffet was average, but the ambience was so relaxing! Loved the mini kitchen. If I had to change anything, it would be the mattresses. Hard as a rock! I like softer mattresses. No other negatives. The staff are the best!!

The staff are very helpful and friendly. We checked in here to stay at a condo for skiing at Sugarloaf, USA, Maine. They had a covered entrance that supported cars dropping off bags, guests, skis, self and valet parking.

What sounder place to stay ! We needed a place to stay mid-week called them and were amazing got a wonderful room and was in the middle of the valley and close to many sights. The staff are will to help and work very hard to keep it very clean. They definitely take in the place very helpful. 👍
