Suburban Studios Stuart near Federal Hwy 1

We stayed at the Suburban Studios Stuart and our experience was good overall. The front desk was extremely helpful and kind. They allowed us to check in early when we arrived about four hours early. They were also accommodating when we had to leave one day early. The only downside was that the rooms were super dirty. There was hair on the beds, ants in the bathroom, and stains on the walls. Obviously, I know that you get what you pay for; however, those are basic cleaning issues that can be taken care of. If those things had been done, I would have given five stars. I was not expecting luxury, just cleanliness. Overall, it was a decent stay.

The room I ordered wasn’t the one I got took 3 rooms before I got was I ordered the first one had mold all over the side of the refrigerator. The second one was wrong size bed and a very small fridge. The third one had the right bed and was clean but the door didn’t lock I will not be staying there again and neither will any of my co workers.

I reserved a double room for my daughter and I. They were out and instead gave us a single. The room was filthy, there was only 1 pillow, and the AC didn’t work. I booked for 2 nights and only stayed the first night because it was so late when I arrived but I immediately checked out in the morning and found a new hotel.

I normally do not write reviews but felt I should on my booking with this hotel. I recently booked a one-night stay. I checked into the hotel and within appx an hour I checked right back out. I will say the staff at check in and out (2 different ladies) were very nice. However, the room was the worst I have ever been in. Walking up to the door (Rm 234) the front door was filthy, but I figured it was just on the outside, so no big deal. But then as we entered the room the horrible smell and stench hit us in the face (old wet, musky, and moldy smell). The wall had patches of missing paint, walls and doors had dirt on them. Bathroom appeared to have mold on the ceiling and around the tub. Top of the shower had not been cleaned in some time. Wall under the light switch had dirt. Cabinet doors
