Inn Shepard's Park Guest House

We received a gift certificate for a one night stay. It's a quaint b&b that's walkable to downtown Stuart, the river and other local restaurants/bars. Marilyn was very hospitable, answered all our questions, gave us good recommendations and was a great host. Our bedroom was very comfortable with its own bathroom and a tv. The porch is very inviting to relax and hang out. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Clean and comfortable, as well as extremely welcoming. Conveniently located within easy walking distance of historic Stuart's restaurants and shops as well as a supermarket in the opposite direction. We loved the boardwalk along the water, the sunsets at the marina and the comfortable front porch. Also, on our first day the shower head broke, and it was replaced within an hour of our letting Marilyn know. If your lucky you'll get to meet Leonard. A very handsome, well mannered pooch who we didn't even realize was there until our second day. We didn't want to leave.

This B&B was the perfect place to stay for a much needed tranquil & romantic get-away for my husband and I. From the reservations to our check-out and all in between, everything was perfect. We truly felt at home. Marylin, the owner, went out of her way to ensure communication was always available. Everything was neat and clean. Our suite, The Periwinkle Room was just perfect with its white wicker furniture and a charming net canopy over the queen size bed. The home's decorations are picturesque and maybe it was because we had the house all to ourselves, but it was a truly wonderful experience through and through. My Wife and I spent a wonderful weekend get away at the Inn Shepard's Park B&B. The location was very close to all the waterfront activities. The room was tremendous and the breakfasts were to die for. |Even better than all I have mentioned is the friendly hospitality we received from Marilyn the owner. She was the best. I am so glad that we found Inn Shepard's Park when looking for a place to stay in the Stuart area for a family wedding. The inn is beautiful, well decorated, and the location feels secluded even though it is only a five-minute walk to great shops and restaurants. Our room was comfortable and very nicely decorated. The owner, Marilyn, was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. Breakfast each morning was delicious and varied. This is where we will stay for future trips to the area.
